I just recently discovered the method of poaching eggs for myself and that’s how I have been preparing my eggs in the past few weeks. Frying up eggs or hard-boiling them all the time can make it a bit dull at times. So I am glad about adding in the poached eggs as a way to vary the way I prepare eggs.
Avocado is always a dear companion for me during lunch time. Sliced up with S&P and a bit of apple cider vinegar sprinkled on top. In the back, I mixed some pieces of chicken from the previous night’s dinner with spinach and fried it all up in coconut oil.
