  • Basic 1 Hour Package

This basic 1 hour Skype online consultation allows me to learn about who you are and where you currently stand in terms of your fitness and nutrition habits. You outline where your problems lie and what changes and interventions can be made to fix them.

This consultation is also suitable if you have questions about specific biohacks I have done or if you want to pick my brain about other related topics. However, if you want your results to be more sustainable

  • Advanced 5 Hour Package

Ideally, I like to work with a client for at least 5 hours. This is very important to me because I want to fully undertand your previous fitness & nutrition history. This will enable me to assess where you currently stand and which biohacks would be most suitable for your unique situation.

You outline what your long-term fitness & health goals are and why you haven’t been able to achieve them so far. Based on my initial baseline assessment of you, we can then develop a plan for achieving those goals. Such a process of finding what is most optimal for you requires more time than just 1 hour. However, it ensures that the biohacking interventions we integrate into your lifestyle are sustainable and that you still profit from these in the long term.

Fitness & Nutrition Coaching

The main focus of this coaching service is fitness & nutrition. I see myself most educated in these two domains and I think that people have the most trouble finding an optimal balance between the two that works best for their unique situation.

At some point in our lives, we have all been on some kind of magic diet that promised easy compliance and a long life. Or we followed a rigid workout protocol without much success to show for it. We got too stressed out about building that perfect athletic body and got frustrated with some hardcore workout program we couldn’t follow. The combination of trying to train like professional athletes and restrictive low-calorie starvation diets is a common phenomenon.

Let me tell you – I HAVE BEEN THERE, DONE THAT! (and it sucked a lot)

Most of us are trying to overcomplicate fitness & nutrition and get too caught in the small irrelevant details. Instead, I want clients to learn the fundamental principles of fitness & nutrition that will guarantee 90% of their success.

Beyond the focus on fitness & nutrition, my coaching is based around a holistic approach. This means that if you want the new training & diet principles to be as optimal as possible, other factors also have to be taken into consideration. In my opinion, the 5 biggest factors are sleep quality, hormones, stress levels, recovery, and mental mindset. These factors absolutely need to be taken care of if your success is to be sustainable in the long term.
